All personal data is collected for the specific purpose of arranging and carrying out Reiki and / or Reflexology treatments, so as to provide the highest level of service.
Any medical history you share is recorded only with a view to ensuring the most effective treatment is provided.
All data is completely confidential and will never be shared with any third party. It will be held for the minimum lawful and contractual period. When disposed of, this will be handled securely (shredded).
You have the right to view the data, and request amendments.
