A little bit about me.
When I first discovered Reflexology and Reiki, over 10 years ago, I was working in an office in Central London and putting in long hours. I was suffering with fertility problems, had two miscarriages, and was generally very stressed.
I started to try various holistic therapies as well as seeking medical help. The main therapies I tried were Accupuncture and Reflexology, which were fantastic for helping me to ease my stress. The whole experience completely changed my mindset and I was fascinated by the therapies. I decided to study Reflexology and so attended a course which ran at the weekends. Despite the fact that I was working and studying I felt more relaxed and positive than I had in some time. I loved learning about it and I realised that I wanted to become a Reflexologist.
It was also around this time that I learnt Reiki 1 as a way of healing and supporting myself emotionally and spiritually.
Reflexology and Reiki completely changed my life.
My lifestyle changes must have paid off because as I finished that first Reflexology course, and just as I was advised that I was being put on the IVF register, I discovered that I was pregnant with my eldest child.

More recently I have studied Mindful Reflexology which focused on supporting clients living with Stress, Anxiety and Depression.
So whether you just need some time for yourself and to relax or have more specific problems such as sleep problems, hormonal imbalances, migraines, IBS or stress and anxiety, I would like to help.

I have recently become attuned to Reiki 2 so that I can share this energy and support others.
